Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Duties

  • Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
  • Plan engaging lessons that promote active learning through play, exploration, and hands-on activities tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively by applying positive behavior management techniques to create a respectful and inclusive environment.
  • Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure all students receive personalized attention and support.
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instructional planning.
  • Foster open communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that ensures safety and encourages curiosity while adhering to childcare regulations and daycare standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
  • Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development within preschool settings.
  • Strong working knowledge of special education techniques, early intervention strategies, and literacy education methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with children across various age groups including toddlers and preschoolers.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and community partners.
